Description

Lead architectural direction for IoT applications and AWS IoT integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design application-layer architectures focused on AWS IoT services rather than embedded firmware.
  • Create technical design documentation in collaboration with Product Development teams.
  • Manage technical delivery and workflows with offshore development teams.
  • Operate within an Agile software development methodology.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software or systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS IoT core services and application integration.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end IoT projects.
  • Experience managing technical requirements with offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile development processes.
  • Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of wireless protocols including LTE, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
  • Experience implementing OTA firmware updates and Device Management systems.
  • Scrum Master certification.
