Description

You will design, develop, and test IoT applications and edge devices for the Oil & Gas domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web-based software platforms.
• Build and deploy Edge Devices and Cloud IoT Edge solutions.
• Develop and test installed applications with a focus on security for web and database access.
• Implement back-end services using SQL databases and web APIs (MQTT, REST, SOAP, XML/JSON).
• Manage version control using Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with IoT or wireless Edge Device development.
• 3+ years of back-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, or C# (OOP family).
• Experience with Node.js.
• Understanding of IoT Hub/Core and Edge architectures.
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Domain experience in Oil & Gas.
