Description

Own the integration of industrial devices and machines with MES systems to enable real-time data collection and analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Connect and integrate industrial equipment with MES platforms for real-time monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to align MES solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Gateways, and Routers.
• Proficiency in industrial protocols: IEC60870-5-101/104, DNP3, MODBUS, OPC UA.
• Experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and AMQP.
• Expertise in IT-OT integration using Kepware and Ignition.
• Ability to enable manual processes and machines to transmit data to IIoT applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IIoT platforms for monitoring devices and detecting anomalies.
• Knowledge of Automation concepts for manual machines using PLCs.
