Description

You will support the installation, operation, and maintenance of IoT network infrastructure and Azure-integrated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up IoT network infrastructure and gateways, integrating sensors with the Azure IoT Platform.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues following standard procedures and SLAs to ensure infrastructure performance.
• Monitor alarms via NMAS/dashboards and manage incident handling through the UNall ITSM platform.
• Assist in developing operational procedures, technical manuals, and user guidelines for IoT systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system guides and conformity reports, to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Required Skills

• Background in IoT Engineering.
• Knowledge of Data Science principles.
• Academic or practical foundation in Computer Science.
• Understanding of IoT sensor and gateway integration.
• Ability to work with Azure IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and incident management.
• Technical writing skills for documentation and user guides.
