Description

You will engineer the IoT platform connecting endpoints to campus and branch networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the lab framework to connect IoT endpoints to campus/branch networks and certify hardware, software, and endpoint functionality.
• Identify communication scenarios between end and edge devices, and execute or oversee testing of data gathering, aggregation, and analytics capabilities.
• Implement and configure Micro/Macro Segmentation using relevant networking principles.
• Manage and automate SD-Access functionality using Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
• Collaborate with network engineering teams to achieve platform goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional networking experience.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access (SDA) or comparable vendor solutions.
• Proficiency with 802.1x or NAC (Network Admission Control) and TrustSec functionality.
• Expertise in Cisco IOS-XE products.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) as the management GUI/controller for SD-Access automation.
• Ability to design and test data gathering and aggregation pipelines.
