Description

You will design and implement lab frameworks to validate connectivity between IoT endpoints and network infrastructures, while certifying hardware, software features, and endpoint functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop lab frameworks to validate connectivity between IoT endpoints and network infrastructures.
• Identify communication scenarios between end and edge devices to test data gathering, aggregation, and analytics capabilities.
• Configure and manage Micro/Macro Segmentation, Cisco DNA Center, and SD-Access automation.
• Collaborate with network, security teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and working under minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with LAN/WAN network design, engineering, and certification.
• CCIE or CCNP level expertise.
• Deep knowledge of IP routing protocols including BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISR, ASR1K, ASR9K, Catalyst 9K, and Nexus 9K platforms.
• Expertise in Multicast protocols such as IGMPv2/v3, PIM, Static RP, and RP-Anycast.
• Proficiency with overlay technologies including VXLAN, LISP, SD-WAN, SDA, and IPSEC.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and SD-Access (SDA) functionality.
• Competency in switching protocols including VLAN, DOT1Q, RSTP, and EtherChannel.
• Experience using network test tools such as Ixia, Spirent, and Wireshark.

Preferred Skills

• Python network programming knowledge.
• Ansible automation experience.
