Description

You will design and deliver end-to-end IoT solution architectures spanning devices, gateways, connectivity, cloud, applications, integration, analytics, and security layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud and edge solutions for Industry 4.0, ensuring real-time implementation of driver configuration and integration.
• Establish best practices in architecture, design, and development while guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Implement high-availability edge solutions, including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Drive DevOps processes and tools to support micro-services and automated deployment pipelines.
• Define end-to-end security controls for IoT across edge, application, transport, network, cloud, and infrastructure layers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall experience delivering projects on the cloud and edge, with at least 4 years in IoT and service-oriented architectures.
• 5+ years of development experience in .NET, C#, or Java.
• Expertise in Kubernetes on the edge, Docker, and multi-tenancy.
• Strong background in cloud computing, with mandatory implementation experience in Azure; experience with AWS or PTC ThingWorx is also accepted.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols including MQTT, REST, AMQP, HTTPS, WebSocket, Modbus, OPC/UA, Zigbee, LoRa, BLE, and NB-IoT.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java with demonstrated programming depth.
• Experience with IoT edge gateways, Industrial MCUs, and connectivity with Cloud IoT Platforms.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Linux-based Operating Systems, and HTML5.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML/Analytics in IoT contexts.
• Familiarity with OAM-DM protocols.
