Description

You will design and manage the technical architecture required to support IoT device lifecycles and production infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IoT technical issues that fall outside the scope of standard BAU service providers.
• Coordinate technical resolutions between customer IoT teams and service provider teams.
• Execute required infrastructure changes for IoT products and contribute to production infrastructure design.
• Produce IoT service KPI reports, monitor trends, and report on run mode status.
• Create and amend technical support documentation and process documentation for new IoT devices.
• Identify technical support requirements during the service planning process for new products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IoT and device lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience integrating devices with platforms such as Azure IoT, AWS IoT, or Watson IoT.
• Proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience from proposal to go-live stages.
• Embedded domain expertise including microcontrollers, sensors (Zigbee, GSM, LUX, PIR), and display devices.
• Deep understanding of real-life IoT use cases across various industries.
• Proficiency with protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, Rs232/485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Zigbee.
• Knowledge of modern best practices for software development, delivery, and deployment.
• Degree in any field.
