Description

You will manage network service testing and coordination within a Telecom ISP or Vendor environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IP OEMs to prepare and modify Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
• Execute testing for new network services alongside controllers and developers.
• Capture technical requirements from product managers and developers.
• Track bugs and issues for development teams while governing cross-functional calls.
• Test integration with OSS/BSS systems and document testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Telecom ISP or Vendor environments.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia routers, specifically IXR and SR-2s series.
• Deep understanding of Ethernet/MPLS technology, including L2 VPN and L3 VPN services (VPWS, VPLS, EVPN, IES, VPRN, Internet services).
• Proficiency with LDP, RSVP, Segment Routing, T-LDP, SR-OS, and BGP.
• Experience in network architecture, planning, and product engineering.
• Knowledge of Service Delivery, Service Assurance, and field processes.
• Basic understanding of Python scripting.

Preferred Skills

• B.E./B. Tech degree or equivalent.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications.
