Description

Configure, test, and troubleshoot service provider-grade routers and switches in a lab and production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support routing protocol operations including IS-IS, BGP, Segment Routing, and MPLS.
• Perform network testing using Ixia and Spirent to validate performance and scalability.
• Utilize NETCONF, gNMI, and streaming telemetry for configuration and monitoring.
• Analyze logs and maintain structured documentation of test cases and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in performance monitoring and reporting using telemetry platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with service provider or telecom network environments.
• Strong understanding of IS-IS, BGP, Segment Routing, and MPLS.
• Proficiency in traffic engineering and network diagnostics.
• Experience with network testing tools such as Ixia or Spirent.
• Ability to capture and analyze logs for issue identification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation tools like Python or Ansible.
• Familiarity with NETCONF, gNMI, and streaming telemetry.
