Description

You will design and implement data integrations using InterSystems IRIS between HIE partners and internal on-prem or cloud systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data integrations using InterSystems IRIS to connect HIE partners with internal systems.
  • Develop custom ObjectScript to meet specific client requirements.
  • Create XSLTs and DTLs to transform CCDA, FHIR, and HL7 messages to and from SDA format.
  • Build custom business services, processes, and operations.
  • Develop design and technical specifications from business requirements and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS for health and ObjectScript.
  • Proficiency in healthcare messaging standards including CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON, and XML.
  • Ability to create DTL mappings from SDA and manage document workflows.
  • Experience with integration protocols such as TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP.
  • Proficiency with development tools including GIT and VS Code.
  • Strong technical planning and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to GCP and GKE.
