Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions, including Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) applications.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and platform automation capabilities.

Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions and user stories.

Provide platform support, troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and implement enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.

Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, solution designs, and governance artifacts while adhering to ServiceNow development best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.

4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), issue remediation, risk reporting, and dashboard development.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required, with strong experience in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization and development
