Description

You provide onsite technical support to end-users at the Chennai office, owning the full lifecycle of user issues from initial contact to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users through desktop support, hardware/software deployment, phone, tickets, and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Dell, Apple, and mobile hardware including phones and tablets.
• Coordinate ticket queues, manage inventory, and participate in IS projects.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for technical processes.
• Mentor Tier-1 technical support staff and provide technical assistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with macOS and Linux environments.
• Strong network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working within ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to document technical information within ITSM systems.
• Experience with hardware maintenance and diagnostics for Dell and Apple systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong multitasking and priority management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing proactive hardware and software technology recommendations.
