Description

Design and manage scalable SAP ERP solutions within the regional landscape, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible, scalable ERP solutions that minimize non-standard configurations and support regional IS requirements.
• Evaluate end-to-end solution deployments and alternatives to ensure regional alignment and optimal performance.
• Manage demand organization by providing feedback on project requests, priorities, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Execute issue resolutions and change requests in alignment with the regional SAP roadmap and business needs.
• Collaborate with ERP functions, non-ERP domains, and global virtual teams to deliver high-value technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), including master data, transactional data, project definitions, and WBS structures.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations covering requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points, specifically with FI/CO, SD, and Budgeting modules.
• Proficiency in cost and revenue management, including CO versions, value categories, and cost/revenue planning.
• Experience with Results Analysis and financial business documentation.
• Ability to provide functional specifications for technical developments with basic ABAP knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of CATS and HR integration within the SAP ecosystem.
