Description

Provide technical and consultative support for complex systems, focusing on the development and migration of Essbase system interfaces from on-premise databases to Oracle Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Essbase system interfaces using C# and SSIS based on technical specifications.
• Collaborate with application teams to identify key interfaces and jobs for migration to new transmission processes.
• Install, configure, test, and validate database components to ensure successful migration.
• Optimize existing database performance for reporting requirements.
• Analyze the Finance Research web portal and work with infrastructure groups to support Essbase.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Programmer/Analyst experience, specifically supporting financial applications.
• 4+ years of experience with C#.
• 3+ years of MS T-SQL programming.
• 3+ years of ETL development using SSIS or DataStage.
• 1+ year of VB.net and ASP.NET web development in IIS.
• Experience with MS SQL DB implementation and general database server configuration.
• Proficiency in Batch and Groovy scripting.
• Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Essbase implementation, configuration, and development.
• Knowledge of Zena Scheduler, Infogix Controls, PowerShell, or ServiceNow.
