Description

You will manage and support IBM Security Access Manager environments within a 24/7 support model.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IBM ISAM, ISDDS, and WAS products.
• Manage fix packs, interfaces, networking, policy servers, and LDAPs.
• Debug ISAM functionalities and resolve technical issues in real time.
• Maintain systems using Linux OS and CI/CD tools.
• Participate in 24/7 support rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience installing IBM ISAM, ISDDS, and WAS.
• Proficiency in managing policy servers, LDAP, and network provisioning.
• Ability to debug ISAM issues in real time.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in the access management domain.
