Description
You will manage and support IBM Security Access Manager environments within a 24/7 support model.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure IBM ISAM, ISDDS, and WAS products.
- Manage fix packs, interfaces, networking, policy servers, and LDAPs.
- Debug ISAM functionalities and resolve technical issues in real time.
- Maintain systems using Linux OS and CI/CD tools.
- Participate in 24/7 support rotations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
- Hands-on experience installing IBM ISAM, ISDDS, and WAS.
- Proficiency in managing policy servers, LDAP, and network provisioning.
- Ability to debug ISAM issues in real time.
- Working knowledge of Linux OS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket and Ansible.
Preferred Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in the access management domain.
