Description

Design, implement, and maintain security frameworks using IBM Security Access Manager, WebSeal, and Customer Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ISAM, WebSeal, and CIAM solutions to meet security requirements.
• Configure and manage secure access controls, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Support application integration with CIAM solutions and manage API authentication.
• Manage web gate agents, SSO policies, and workflows for various applications.
• Perform root cause analysis for WebSeal and reverse proxy agent issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT security focusing on ISAM, WebSeal, and CIAM.
• Deep expertise in IBM Security Access Manager and WebSeal configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta, MS Entra, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
• Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP protocols.
• Proficiency in J2EE technologies including JSP, Servlets, EJB, and XML.
• Experience with Java, MS/SQL, and XML.
• Familiarity with IIS, Apache Web Servers, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• Understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .Net, Oracle, or DB2.
• Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications.
