Description
Provide L2/L3 application support for iScala ERP Finance Modules, including budget, forecasting, and actuals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track tickets and alerts to maintain agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors such as Oracle or Microsoft.
- Assist with patching, monthly closure activities, and documenting SOPs or KEDB.
- Participate in on-call support for P1 issues and attend client meetings.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in L2/L3 application support for iScala ERP.
- Deep functional knowledge of iScala Finance Modules (Budget, forecasting, and actuals).
- Experience managing L2/L3 ticket lifecycles and meeting SLAs.
- Proficiency with Oracle environments.
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Basic understanding of XML and Unix.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong communication skills for client and vendor liaison.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to debug seeded and custom programs or peripheral bank integrations.
- ITIL certification.
