Description

You will manage the identity management lifecycle and application provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning tasks.
• Review existing workflows to identify and implement process streamlining solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements for inefficient or cumbersome business operations.
• Interact with mid-level and executive leadership to resolve identity and access requirements.
• Utilize automation tools to optimize identity governance tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Management.
• Hands-on experience with an IDM or IGA system such as Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, or SailPoint.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, LDS, or similar LDAP experience.
• Experience with Mainframe and DB2.
• Knowledge of remote access management including RSA SecurID, VPN, and Citrix.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, PEGA, or similar automation products.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems.
• Ability to use data reporting and metric tools like MS Power BI.
• Strong analytical, research, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in roles requiring direct interaction with executive leadership.
