You will own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for Ecommerce Fulfillment applications within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to create test plans, scenarios, and cases based on user stories.
• Define testing scope for each release and construct QA plans covering pre- and post-deployment regression testing.
• Manage release scheduling around dependencies and deadlines to provide final QA signoff.
• Develop reusable test artifacts, frameworks, and test cases while managing defects.
• Collaborate with product owners to improve ticket quality and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a QA Lead role.
• Hands-on testing experience with iSeries DB2/400.
• Technical proficiency in CL, RPGLE, and SQLRPGLE code.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience managing QA strategy and execution in Agile environments.
• Functional expertise in Ecommerce Fulfillment and Supply Chain systems (HighJump, D365, or JDA).
• Strong regression testing capabilities for core platforms and integrations.
• Proven track record of implementing QA and release management practices.
• Experience overseeing and managing offshore team members.
