Description

Manage and maintain quality and IT service management systems to ensure compliance with international standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain ISO 9001 documentation, controls, and records.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external ISO audits.
• Perform gap analysis on current QMS management systems and implement fixes.
• Manage risk assessment for QMS and ITSM, including Service Continuity Plans.
• Prepare audit reports and lead audit readiness sessions for process owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality and IT service management systems within the IT industry.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), EOHS, and ITSM documentation.
• Experience in monitoring, measuring, and evaluating service management objectives.
• Strong knowledge of capacity requirements, service availability targets, and risk management.
• Ability to manage waste management strategies, controls, and documentation.
• Professional certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 20000-1:2018.
• Bachelor's degree from an authorized university.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience with CMMI.
