You will manage ISP network operations, design transport solutions, and provide high-level technical support.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational issues and anomalies affecting end-customer network performance.
Design customer DWDM, transport, and IP network solutions, including the specification and configuration of optical equipment, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Provide Tier-3 technical support, including participation in 7x24 rotations for customer outages and NOC alarms.
Administer ISP functions involving Juniper and Nokia routers, DNS, web servers, and email servers.
Lead advanced networking projects from equipment specification and testing through to schedule management.
Develop enterprise-grade ISP and managed service solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Create technical documentation and training for Engineering and Service Delivery teams.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM).
Knowledge of optical fiber characteristics.
Proficiency with Python programming.
Experience with DNS, web servers, and email servers.
Hands-on experience with Juniper and Nokia routers.
CCNA certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
