Description

You will manage Windows server environments and provide desktop and network-level technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server components including Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, and File Servers.
• Perform OS installation, patch management, and anti-virus application administration using SEP or McAfee.
• Troubleshoot desktop, network, and connectivity issues across LAN and WAN environments.
• Execute ITSM/ITIL processes for incident, change, configuration, and problem management.
• Support storage and backup operations and maintain system security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Windows Server management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WINS.
• Practical knowledge of OSI layers, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with desktop and network-level hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Understanding of storage and backup concepts.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• ITSM/ITIL certification.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure, or AWS.
