You will manage meeting infrastructure and desktop support while implementing automated process improvements for the Houston site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation to increase meeting infrastructure and desktop hardware reliability.
- Investigate and diagnose issues within implemented automation workflows.
- Collaborate with IT operations to streamline conference room technology and improve user experience.
- Document technical processes, automation workflows, and end-user solutions.
- Provide end-user training and manage daily customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
- 5+ years of audio-visual experience.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Experience with Crestron Toolbox.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in IT infrastructure and SQL.
- Ability to manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience working both independently and in collaborative team environments.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a lead audio visual technician.
- Crestron and Lenovo certifications or product experience.
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
- Experience with CAD, Wire CAD, Visio, or PowerPoint.
- Understanding of commercial building construction and NEC/MA Electrical code.
