Description

You will manage meeting infrastructure and desktop support while implementing automated process improvements for the Houston site.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation to increase meeting infrastructure and desktop hardware reliability.
  • Investigate and diagnose issues within implemented automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT operations to streamline conference room technology and improve user experience.
  • Document technical processes, automation workflows, and end-user solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and manage daily customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of audio-visual experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Crestron Toolbox.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in IT infrastructure and SQL.
  • Ability to manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Experience working both independently and in collaborative team environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a lead audio visual technician.
  • Crestron and Lenovo certifications or product experience.
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
  • Experience with CAD, Wire CAD, Visio, or PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of commercial building construction and NEC/MA Electrical code.
