Description

Manage local IT infrastructure, end-user support, and network systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage local IT equipment including desktops, notebooks, phones, and landline systems.
• Maintain servers, ESXi hosts, VMs, Docker hosts, and containerized applications.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, internet uplinks, WiFi, and wired LAN setups.
• Oversee local backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain Robotics Lab IT including private 5G, WiFi, LAN, and robot hardware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with script automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• 5+ years of experience with macOS and Linux operating systems.
• 5+ years of experience setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN).
• Account maintenance and user hardware/software support.
• Systematic troubleshooting using web KB searches and team consultation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure (AAD) or AWS.
