Description

You will manage and standardize multi-platform computing environments, ensuring reliable infrastructure across Windows, Mac, and Linux devices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain consistent system images across Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints.
• Oversee account management, email systems, and network administration tasks.
• Manage software deployment and maintain comprehensive device tracking records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues and improve IT operations.
• Document system configurations and troubleshoot technical problems independently.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a System or Network Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Administration and general Network Administration.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM for system imaging and software deployment.
• Proficiency with KVM for virtualization management.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to manage Mac OS environments alongside Windows and Linux.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience standardizing IT infrastructure across diverse hardware and OS platforms.
