Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, user lifecycle, and operational support across core systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard users across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
• Administer Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and monitor performance via Datadog.
• Manage domain, DNS, and SSL settings using Cloudflare and M365.
• Enforce security protocols and maintain access hygiene in GCP and Datadog.
• Assist with cost reporting and manage SaaS billing platforms and vendor audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration within a tech or SaaS company.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and domain/DNS management tools (Cloudflare).
• Experience managing cloud environments, specifically GCP.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, including Notion, Jira, and GitHub.
• Scripting ability using Python and Bash for automation and monitoring.
• Experience managing SaaS billing platforms and vendor audits (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of Datadog for infrastructure logging and alerting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
