Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, user access, and system maintenance while providing DevOps support across cloud and security domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, 1Password, RingCentral, and Slack.
• Administer Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Datadog for infrastructure performance, logging, and alerting.
• Maintain domains, DNS, and SSL settings using Cloudflare and Microsoft 365.
• Enforce security protocols including 2FA, phishing prevention, and device compliance.
• Automate routine activities and monitoring tasks through scripting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT administration experience within a tech or SaaS company.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and domain/DNS management via Cloudflare.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Experience with Datadog for infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to write scripts in Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience managing SaaS billing platforms and software licenses.
• Technical proficiency with GitHub and LogRocket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apple Business Manager and device management.
• Familiarity with Webflow and RingCentral.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and GitHub Actions.
