Description

You will manage, automate, and maintain business services and workflows within the Atlassian suite, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business services, workflows, and custom field configurations in Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Automate service requests and business flows using Groovy scripting via the ScriptRunner plugin.
• Administer Bitbucket source code management and Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot automation rules, jobs, listeners, and endpoints to ensure system stability.
• Document requirements and resolve Jira service requests for customer teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Expertise in Atlassian administration, specifically Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
• Experience managing both Atlassian Data Center and Cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting for service automation.
• Bitbucket administration and source code management.
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Understanding of running and troubleshooting applications within containers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-premise instances to SaaS cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of Basic Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC).
