Description

You will manage and optimize business services and workflows within the Atlassian Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain workflows, custom field configurations, and Proforma form fields.
• Configure and troubleshoot automation rules, jobs, listeners, and endpoints.
• Automate and enhance services using Groovy via the ScriptRunner plugin.
• Resolve customer support requests through Jira, ensuring requirements are documented and outcomes are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Jira Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Bitbucket Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Confluence Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in Groovy scripting.
• 2 years of experience in RHEL Administration.
• Proficiency with Jira Assets.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-prem instances to SaaS cloud offerings.
