Description

You will manage and optimize business services, workflows, and automation within the Atlassian Suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workflows, custom fields, and Proforma form configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot automation rules, jobs, listeners, and endpoints.
• Enhance services using Groovy scripting via the ScriptRunner plugin.
• Resolve customer support requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring requirements are documented.

Required Skills

• 5+ years with Jira Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years with Jira Service Management (JSM) Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years with Bitbucket Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years with Confluence Data Center and Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in Groovy scripting.
• 2 years of experience in RHEL Administration.
• Proficiency with Jira Assets.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-prem instances to SaaS cloud offerings.
