Description

You will manage IT projects using Agile methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate team planning, progress reviews, and improvement sessions.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine priorities, set goals, and track metrics.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams while maintaining governance standards.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, providing onboarding support and status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks, escalate impediments, and drive alignment across support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in an agile environment (sprint, release, PI planning).
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Apptio.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating product releases and ensuring compliance with governance.
• Ability to develop project plans, roadmaps, and team backlogs.
