Description

You will lead end-to-end Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering, QA, and UX.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure alignment between project scope, timeline, and business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
• Own and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows to track sprint progress, story points, velocity, and backlog health.
• Build and present executive-level reports using BI tools to showcase project status and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience focused on Agile software delivery.
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira, including custom workflows, filters, dashboards, and reporting plugins.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for integrated project visibility.
• Proven experience building reporting frameworks with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics: velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and story point trends.
• Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in SaaS environments.
• Ability to convey complex data clearly to executive and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.
