Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define technical, security, and infrastructure standards while designing high-level scalable solutions for enterprise applications.
• Guide development teams through the full software development lifecycle conducting comprehensive code reviews and ensuring best practices.
• Mentor developers to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of engineering excellence across the team.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and requirements.
• Drive development of APIs, microservices, and core application components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system security compliance across all developed solutions and platforms.

Experience Required: 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years in lead/architect roles
