Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. Own the full development lifecycle including integration with external systems and technical troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Maintain existing implementations while ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or any Graduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITIL V4 certification.
