Analyze IT systems and processes to identify improvements and design solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications.
• Design and implement IT solutions based on identified business needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Document system configurations, processes, and changes while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, systems support, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Supply Chain processes.
