Description

You will provide technical support and manage computing environments to ensure service availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation point for complex business systems.
• Maintain and administer computing environments, including directories, systems software, and applications.
• Manage asset inventory in compliance with defined asset management processes.
• Create technical documentation for new and established processes and contribute to the ITSM Knowledge Base.
• Lead project tasks to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in End User Support.
• Proficiency with Active Directory.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to work after hours for critical issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT focus.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
