Description

You will support and enhance the Supplier-centric MDM solution using Informatica S360 hosted in Azure.

Resolve application issues and perform maintenance tasks using management tools and performance statistics. Manage incidents by identifying, registering, and categorizing issues, escalating as necessary to ensure resolution. Elicit and document functional, data, and non-functional requirements while defining acceptance tests. Execute development testing by designing test cases, mapping to criteria, and reporting outcomes. Deploy releases and document all technical activities, logging results and providing initial user support.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation, specifically with Informatica S360 (MDM).
• Proficiency in Informatica Supplier Portal, MDM User Exits, Match Rules, and Hierarchy Manager.
• Technical expertise in S360 UI, ActiveVOS, MDM Provisioning Tool, and Business Entity Services.
• 3+ years of Java programming experience, including customizing Supplier Portal and AVOS.
• 3+ years of MS SQL experience with the ability to write efficient queries and complex stored procedures.
• Strong Unix scripting and Linux skills.
• Experience with Informatica Data as a Service (DaaS) for address and phone validation via AddressDoctor.
• Ability to create functional specifications, data mapping, and process flow documentation.
• Practical experience using JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence for project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XML and JSON data structures.
• Background in ETL processes.
