You will lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business partners and service providers in a matrix organization.
• Drive continuous improvement within a metrics-based management environment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver value-added solutions to end-users.
• Maintain foundational understanding of contracts and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in a similar IT Analyst or technical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Architecture.
• Experience with SLA management and metrics-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
