Description

You will perform end-to-end business and systems process analysis to drive technical solutions and automation.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct comprehensive process analysis to develop architectural solutions.
• Identify opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and integrate new systems and processes.
• Maintain detailed process documentation, work plans, and incident tracking to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare test estimates, coordinate with test automation managers, and perform UAT testing.
• Manage effort estimation, benefits realization, and deploy end-user machines to prevent post-production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems process analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS SQL.
• Experience with RPA technologies and UiPath.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI and Tableau.
• Technical documentation and diagramming using Visio.
• Experience working within Citrix and Jira environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
