Description

Analyze business processes and systems to design architectural solutions and implement automation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct end-to-end systems process analysis.
• Identify processes suitable for robotic process automation (RPA) and develop architectural solutions.
• Integrate new systems, maintain detailed process documentation, and track incidents to ensure delivery.
• Prepare test estimates, coordinate with test automation managers, and perform UAT testing.
• Deploy end-user machines and verify test case coverage to prevent post-production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or a related occupation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP RPA and UiPath.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience using Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Experience with Citrix environments and end-user machine deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with test automation managers.
• Strong background in architectural solution design.
