Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications using monitoring tools and related technologies
• Execute and monitor production job schedules ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks
• Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial triage, and escalate according to defined procedures
• Analyze and document recurring issues to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Perform system health checks, capacity monitoring, and routine operational tasks on daily basis
• Support implementation of automation and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in disaster recovery testing and maintenance activities to ensure business continuity
• Adhere to established procedures, security standards, and service level requirements consistently

Experience Required: 1+ years in IT operations, NOC support, or system monitoring roles

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience
