Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications to ensure operational stability and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications using SCOM, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
• Execute and monitor production job schedules via CA Scheduler to ensure timely task completion.
• Respond to alerts, perform initial incident triage, and escalate according to defined procedures.
• Analyze recurring issues to support root cause analysis and document findings for continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of automation and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, NOC support, or system monitoring roles.
• Proficiency with SCOM, Nagios, and SolarWinds for system monitoring.
• Experience with CA Scheduler for production job scheduling.
• Strong skills in incident management and IT operations.
• Ability to perform system health checks and capacity monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery testing and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with automation processes and 24x7 environment operations.
