Description

You manage system administration, network health, and IT support for corporate operations, ensuring continuous functionality for employees.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize company-wide system performance to maintain employee productivity.
• Maintain network health across offices and execute backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new tools and maximize existing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace functionality.
• Partner with the Security team to ensure compliance with organizational standards and audit processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for the IT Support team and facilitate ongoing learning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in a corporate office environment.
• Hands-on experience with System Administration and Network Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cisco, and Meraki.
• Scripting abilities using PowerShell and Bash.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of core IT functional areas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent certifications).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Torii, FreshService, Atlassian, AWS, and Github.
• Experience with JumpCloud Administrator.
• CCNA certification or Microsoft 365/Google Workspace/JumpCloud Administrator certifications.
