You will research, analyze, and document data to support ISD group operations, acting as a technical specialist on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOP manuals, technical requirements, and workflow processes.
• Document system functionality and internal controls for respective ISD groups.
• Analyze information to prepare actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Map workflows and business processes to support broad assignments.
• Evaluate diverse data sets to apply principles across high-impact projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or documentation.
• Proven ability to create SOP manuals and technical documentation.
• Experience mapping workflows and business processes.
• Expertise in documenting functional requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
