Description

You will drive coordination and recovery efforts during major service outages within a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident bridge calls from initial triage through recovery to ensure rapid service restoration.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts between technical support teams and external vendors.
• Document incident timelines, recovery activities, and resolution steps for post-incident review.
• Communicate outage notifications and status updates to business units and IT management.
• Participate in Technical Change Advisory Board (TCAB) meetings to review upcoming environment changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive IT experience involving hardware and infrastructure protocols.
• Proven experience leading or supervising IT teams in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience managing incident bridges and guiding technical recovery efforts.
• Technical proficiency in Middleware Websphere, Azure, or mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of networking protocols or CCNA-level networking concepts.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex timelines and multi-task during high-pressure outages.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience.
