Description

You will manage and support enterprise infrastructure and identity access systems.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure including VMWare hypervisors, Windows, and Active Directory.
• Analyze systems and data to identify and implement necessary remediations.
• Manage identities and access rights across the environment.
• Define Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for IS/IT processes.
• Identify solutions to close compliance and best practice gaps within IS/IT processes.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of enterprise infrastructure-related experience.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare hypervisors.
• Experience managing Windows environments.
• Proficiency with Active Directory.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
