Description

You will support Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and manage data exchange through integration engines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data issues within LIMS and data exchange messages.
• Program routes within the Rhapsody Electronic Data Interchange engine for parsing, processing, and storing message data.
• Develop and modify SQL, computer programs, and operator instructions to meet system specifications.
• Test computer programs, SQL configurations, and table changes to ensure error-free application operation.
• Analyze file structures, relationships, and database performance to recommend optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (v.6+).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL for developing reports and ad-hoc queries.
• Experience with TSQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with HL7 messages and specifications.
• Knowledge of EDI translation software and Integration Engines.
• Experience providing end-user support for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Ability to perform database design and data modeling/optimization.

Preferred Skills

• HL7 expertise.
