You will optimize clinical and business initiatives focused on patient-centered care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize optimization activities for practices within Physician and Ambulatory Network Services.
• Evaluate service line initiatives to improve clinical and business workflows.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to drive patient-centered care improvements.
• Support clinical workflows within specialized departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or clinical systems optimization.
• Proficiency with Ambulatory Platforms and HL7.
• Experience with Soarian or Touchworks Application.
• Hands-on knowledge of Anesthesia Systems.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, specifically OBGYN, OTTR (Transplant Surgery), and FERT (REI) systems.
• Technical experience with SRx.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Functional experience with healthcare interoperability standards.
