IT Analyst

You will act as a Technology Product Analyst managing technical requirements and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed User Stories and define clear Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process flows for IT systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, management, and vendors across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Apply agile methodologies to software development and infrastructure lifecycles.

Required Skills

• Significant experience working within a Financial Institution.
• Proven track record managing fraud- or security-related projects.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and agile concepts.
• Strong ability to create process flows and technical documentation.
• Experience managing requirements for multiple concurrent projects.
